Day 12: Lazy Day Under the Colorado Sun

Today was another rest day. I made coffee, chatted with some friends online, and then played Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door some more. I beat Chapter 3, and then I decided to watch some TV. Meanwhile, my parents came back to the camper, and we all decided to cancel the concert, because we needed to go to bed early, for a long drive tomorrow. Well, I decided that we ought to shave off a day on our trip, so we re-routed somewhat. Next stop is Lawrence, Kansas. Then after that is a bit nebulous to me but I’m sure my parents have it all planned out. I stepped back because I felt the driver had the final say on what he wishes. So yeah, no real adventures to catalog today. This second half of the trip was always more about returning home in a timely manner, rather than having anything planned. So, I’ll continue to post, but this time it will be more about the scenery, and the road trip, etc.

I am anxious to get home, if only because I am eager to get to editing the video of the trip together.
